In a one-on-one yoga session, we're able to hone in on your specific goals for the your practice. What do you want out of your yoga sessions? Together we'll develop a goal and plan for you then I'll guide you through a safe, yet challenging, series of poses. 

You'll leave each session with a suggestive routine to further practice on your own as well as a guided meditation or yoga series depending on your goals.

10 classes: 10% discount
20 classes: 20% discount

Perfect as a treat for your coworkers, family members or friends, bring a tailored yoga class to your next event. I'll work with you to create a theme for the class that works for you. Some past events I've taught at include: a volunteer picnic, company wellness days or ongoing series, as well as birthday, bridal and bachelorette parties.

Vinyasa Flow

A classic, open-level Vinyasa Flow class. In it, we honor the infinite possibility inherent in each breath as we move through an asana practice that is equal parts challenging and sweet. Asana practice becomes a transformational and healing experience when it is intimately tied to meditative awareness and breath. Although the class is physically rigorous, we offer modifications to accommodate your level of experience.

Y12SR

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery was created as a holistic model to address the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease of addiction. Informed by the latest research in neuroscience and trauma healing, Y12SR “connects the dots” by combining the somatic approach of yoga with the cognitive approach of the 12-step recovery model.

The characteristics and effects of addiction could easily be described as separation. Addictive behaviors disconnect us from ourselves, our loved ones, our environment and so much more. Conversely, yoga itself means union, integration, balance. Yoga and its practices teach the fine art of balancing our multidimensional lives while living in a complex world.

As a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice, Y12SR is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others. This is a open and inclusive group. All A’s are welcome.

Class is 100% by donation. You are more important than your money, please come regardless of what you can or can’t donate.

Guided Meditation

To me, the ultimate goal of yoga is to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Sitting is hard work! While this is available for individuals, I recommend that this offering is selected for organizations who are looking to bring mindfulness or self-care into the work place.
